경남 고성군 당항포에 위치한 메리 모나크 마리나 클럽의 가장 높은 곳에 위치한 게스트 하우스,

클라이언트의 숙소와 가족, 지인들을 위한 공간으로 계획되었다.

총 5개의 단위세대로 구성되어, 마당을 중심으로 한 한옥의 'ㄴ', 'ㄷ'자 형태를 수직적, 입체적으로 배치하여,

공동주택에서 각 각의 단위세대가 외부공간을 가질 수 있게 하였다.

경사지형의 레벨차를 이용하여, 전면에 위치한 클럽하우스의 지붕을 게스트 하우스의 마당으로 활용할 수

있게 하였고, 수평루버를 포함한 처마디자인을 적용하여, 기능적인 부분과 함께 전체 프로젝트에서의 일관성과 통일성을 고려하였다.

A guest house located at the highest point of Mary Monarch Marina Club in Danghangpo, Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam. It was planned as a space for the client's accommodation and family and friends. Consisting of a total of 5 unit households, the 'ㄷ' and 'ㄴ' shapes of a Hanok centered on a courtyard are arranged vertically and three-dimensionally, each unit in the guest house can have an external space. Using the level difference of the slope, the roof of the clubhouse in the front can be utilized as a yard for the guest house. The eaves design, including horizontal louvers, was applied to consider the consistency and unity of the entire project along with its functionality.
